Relationship-first, therapy for burnout, trauma, and life transitions
Grounded, values-based care-especially for Veterans and military-connected adults
My approach is human, relational, and values-driven.
I understand military culture, systems, and what it’s like to carry a lot for a long time
We move at your pace-without pressure or performance
We don’t force anything you’re not ready for
We balance insight with practical tools
We reconnect you with what actually matters
The goal isn’t to push harder—it’s to feel more steady, more clear, and more like yourself again.
I work with people who are used to pushing through.
You’re likely someone others rely on—capable, steady, high-functioning.
And for a long time, that’s worked.
But at some point, you started to feel different:
Tired. Disconnected.
Or like you’re carrying more than you can keep holding the same way.
You don’t have to keep doing it that way.
You can feel more steady, more connected, and less like you’re carrying everything alone.
If that sounds like you, you’re probably looking for a different kind of support. Here’s a bit about me and how I work.
About Me
I’m a clinical social worker, supervisor, and veteran.
I’ve spent my career supporting people navigating trauma, transition, and burnout—including within large systems like the VA.
I also understand how easy it is to stay in “push through” mode for too long.
Values
Therapy should feel human—not like something you have to perform in
You don’t have to earn support
Change happens in safe, honest relationships
Between Sessions
Outside of work, I’m usually with my two kids, trying a new coffee spot, or finding small ways to slow things down.
I value quiet moments to think and reconnect-along with staying grounded in the everyday rhythms that make this work sustainable and meaningful (and catching a Spurs game when we can).
